Who else is jumping for joy with this warm spring weather? This smoothie bowl has been a staple for me the past couple of weeks. When I am on the go, I skip the toppings and take it as a smoothie. But when I have time, you better bet I load this up with all the toppings. It’s easy to personalize, loaded with nutrients, and is so so tasty.
All the Greens Smoothie Bowl
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 banana, frozen
1/2 avocado, frozen
1 pear, frozen
1 handful spinach
1/2 lime (skin kept on if you want extra fiber)
1/2 cup water
- place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined! Add more water for desired consistency
- for toppings, here are some ideas!
- mango, chia seeds, flex seed, mixed berries, granola, honey, coconut flakes
